It creates an hour­glass shape that is very com­fortable to wear. Most of the waist reduction is made at side panels leaving the front straight and the ribcage uncom­pressed. This gives the illusion of a great cinch even if it only a few of inches. It is cut mod­er­ately high on the hips for good cov­erage but maximum mobility and comfort.
